How to Create and Print a Calendar in Microsoft Word 2010

Microsoft Word 2010 is the successor to Microsoft Word 2007. Printing calendars in Microsoft Word 2010 is a simple process and can save you money in purchasing a calendar from a store or online shop. Microsoft Word 2010 has many templates available to create calendars for free from Office.com. Simply browse the inventory and choose a calendar that fits your personality.

Step 1
Click "Start," "All Programs," "Microsoft Office," "Microsoft Word 2010." Alternatively, you can type "word" in the instant search field and "Microsoft Word 2010" appears in the list for you to select.

Step 2
"File," "New," "Calendars." Options include: "2010 calendars," "Academic year calendars," "Multiple-year calendars," and "Other calendars."

Step 3
the "2010 calendars" folder and a list of calendars appear for you to choose. You must have an Internet connection to get a list of calendars.

Step 4
Select a calendar from the available list and click "Download" on the right-hand side of the window. The calendar will download and open in Word 2010. Double-click a calendar to download as well.

Step 5
Click "File,"Print," "Print" to print your calendar.

I used to use simple tables for such tasks but I am glad to find out that there is a simplier and more efficent way doing it.
